Mukesh Ambani Bomb Scare: How did Sachin Vaze and Mansukh Hiren first met?

Sachin Vaze, a suspended police officer, had parked a car packed with gelatin explosives outside the Antilia house of renowned industrialist Mukesh Ambani. The car belonged to Mansukh Hiren, who had lodged a complaint with the police.

It is important to look at the past of Sachin Waze and Mansukh Hiren. According to a police official, Waze is originally from Kolhapur. When he passed the police exam, he trained at Nashik Police Academy for a year and then got his first posting in 1990.

After a year of training at Nashik Police Academy, his first posting came in 1990 at Mumbra, Naupada Police Station. He was transferred from there as well. Mansukh Hiren owns a car decoration shop in Naupada,The two firt met in the same car shop. Sachin Vaze's house is in Saket Building in Thane, a short distance away from Hiren's shop.

When Sachin Waze was transferred from Thane to Mumbai, at that time, he used to pass from Mansukh Hiren's shop. Mansukh Hiren and Sachin Vaze used to meet daily at his shop. Sachin Waze was suspended in 2004 in connection with the Khwaja Yunus case, after which Vaze opened a legal company in Thane.

The legal office was near Hiren's shop, so Sachin Vaze used to visit Mansukh Hiren's shop even though he was not in the police force. This led to a friendship between Hiren and Sachin Vaze. When the state came to power in the 2019 Assembly elections, Sachin Vaze was taken back to the police force.

After Sachin Vaze got police power, Mansukh Hiren had also sought help from Vaze on the pretext of friendship. According to an official, Mansukh Hiren owns a car decorator's shop near Vandana Theater in Thane, one of the prime places in Thane.

The customers who came to Hiren's shop were some police personnel, local political leaders, so Mansukh Hiren was acquainted with eminent people. Many people who did not pay for months even after availing services from Hiren. At the time, Hiren used to put pressure on those customers using his police and local leaders contact.

The original owner of the Scorpio car in which the gelatin was kept The Scorpio in which the gelatin was kept was Dr. Peter Newton who came to Hiren a few years ago to decorate the car, when a dispute arose between Newton and Mansukh Hiren over payment. Then Mansukh Hiren asked Sachin Vaze for help. Due to Vaze's pressure, the Scorpio remained with Mansukh Hiren.

Hiren also helped Vaze. Sachin Vaze kept the Scorpio with him from November to February 5, after which he returned it to Hiren. Now the investigation has revealed that all this was planned.
