The DDA said that this step has been taken in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of providing affordable housing for all and Lt Governor VK Saxena's 'constant guidance' to qualitatively increase the availability of DDA housing.
The apex decision-making body of the DDA on June 14 approved the launch of the fourth phase of the urban body's online first-come, first-served housing scheme.
Which had the facility of booking a flat in a preferred locality by paying a token amount.
Under the scheme, 1-BHK flats in Narela, Siraspur, Rohini, Loknayak Puram, 2-BHK flats in Narela and Dwarka and 3-BHK flats in Jasola are being made available.
Interested persons can check all relevant details like flat size, pocket location, cost, flat/pocket layout plan online at https://eservices.dda.org.in/ These flats are in ready-to-move condition. Applicants can book the flat of their preferred location.
