Tibetan spiritual leader, Dalai Lama on Friday lauded India's secular principles at the Indian Institute of Public Administration.Addressing IIPA, recalling his meetings with Indian Prime Ministers Jawaharlal Nehru (several times), Indira Gandhi, and Lal Bahadur Shastri, he said, "India, a democratic country and all major world traditions live together. The secular principle is wonderful.
