Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Institute of Hotel Management, MGM University will organise a two-day NATCON 2025, the first national conference, based on ‘Redefining Hospitality: Embracing Sustainability and Technology Integration’ beginning at Rukmini Auditorium, at 10.30 am, on March 21.

Manjit Singh Gill, a famous chef of India and the president of the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations, will be the chief guest of this conference.

Chancellor Ankushrao Kadam, Vice-Chancellor Dr Vilas Sapkal, Registrar Dr Ashish Gadekar, Director Kapilesh Mangal, famous chef Vishnu Manohar and all the relevant dignitaries will be present.

Students, academics, researchers and industry experts from the hospitality sector will participate in this two-day national conference.

This initiative is being implemented with the aim of giving a new direction to the hospitality sector through technology and sustainability.

The organisers have appealed to students, and experts in the relevant fields to avail themselves of the benefit of this conference. Registration is required to participate in this conference.
