Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Four persons were booked with MIDC Police Station on Friday evening for allegedly molesting and beating up a lady teacher.

A 37-year-old teacher (South City, Cidco Mahanagar-II) was sitting in front of her house at around 9.30 pm on Friday night along with her husband, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and mother-in-law.

There was an argument with Pragati Jambhulkar, who lives in front of their house, over the reason for parking a scooty. Other people intervened. But, Pragati called a relative, Sunil Jaiwal.

After that, Vikas Jambhulkar and Nitin Kale were abusing and beating the teacher's husband and brother-in-law. When the teacher went to rescue her, Sunil Jaiwal molested and threatened her.

Based on the teacher's complaint, a case was registered at Waluj MIDC Police Station against Pragati Jambhulkar, Vikas Jambhulkar, Nitin Kale and Sunil Jaiwal.
