42 cyclists complete 200 km cycle ride

Aurangabad, Nov 2: Forty-two cyclists completed 200km cycle Brevet de Randonneur Mondiaux (BRM), a long distance cycling ride, organised by Aurangabad Randonneurs in association with Audax India, on Aurangabad-Ahmednagar-Aurangabad route, recently. Ironman Nitin Ghorpade and Abhijit Nargolkar organized the event.

The ride started at 6 am sharp from Kranti Chowk flag and all the riders reached the Ahmednagar mid-point before 12.45 pm and returned to Aurangabad finish point before 7.30 pm. A brevet card was issued to each cyclist. They got the card stamped and signed at the respective check points. On the basis of the stamped card, the riders time and result were determined. They braved self doubt, fatigue and traffic to compete the ride.
