Aurangabad, Nov 21:

Maulana Azad College organised a one-day webinar on “Women Entrepreneurship: Opportunities and Challenges” as part of Women''s Entrepreneurship Day celebration.

Dr Santosh Vyas (ex-director, Bajaj Incubation Centre, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University) highlighted the opportunities available for women and presented the current scenario of entrepreneurship in post COVID period. Dr B V Rathod (former additional director, Ministry of industries, State Government) has given an account of schemes, facilities and opportunities available for young women for entering in entrepreneurship. Principle Dr Mazahar Farooqui highlighted the importance of business for women.

Earlier, Dr Aparna Saraf, webinar convener introduced its aims and objectives. Organising committee secretary Prof Arif Pathan proposed a vote of thanks. Dr Ashfaq Khan conducted the proceedings while Dr Sadik Ali introduced the dignitaries. Dr Madhuri Sahasrabudhe and Dr Samreen Farooqui interacted with the participants.
