Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The administration of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University will monitor the collection of answer books from the examination centres on the line of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary (MSBSHSE.

It may be noted the MSBSHSE monitors the collection of answer books of HSC and SSC step by step to avoid any irregularities.

The summer session undergraduate courses examinations commence last week while postgraduate and professional courses examinations will start in the last week of the current week.

The office of the director of the Board of Examination and Evaluation (BoEE) made a plan to collect answer books from the centre and complete the assessment and result declaration on time.

The collection centres are divided into two groups. Main collection centre and local level collections.

There are four main centres, one for each district while 27 local collection centres. The local collection centres will ensure collect a sealed sack of answer books from the allotted group of examination centres is within the given deadline.

The answer books will be sent to the main centres from local centres. The staff of the university will take answer books to the District level Centralised Assessment Centres (CAS) for their evaluation.

The centres can contact five designated officers if they have any queries about answer book collection.

There are 485 colleges at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jalna, Beed and Dharashiv within the jurisdiction of Bamu. The colleges have 3 lakh UG and PG students. The March/April 2025 summer session commenced in the current month and continues up to June. All the centres will have to keep watch on the strong room of answer books through Closed Circuit TV cameras.

237 centres in 4 districts

The students from the affiliated colleges are taking examinations at 237 centres in the four districts. The district-wise number of centres are as follows; Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (3), Jalna (51), Beed (62) and Dharashiv (31).
