Aurangabad, Feb 3:
The Indigo Ahmedabad – Aurangabad – Ahmedabad air service received an overwhelming response from the passengers on the first day of the service on Wednesday.
In all, 48 passengers arrived in the city from Ahmedabad at 12.50 pm in a 72 seater ATR aircraft while 65 passengers flew to Ahmedabad from the Chikalthana Airport at 1.10 pm on the first day of the service.
Airport Director, D G Salve, Indigo Airport Manager Aniruddha Patil and others welcomed the pilots and the flight crew by giving bouquets.
The daily flight will start from Ahmedabad at 10.45 am and reached Aurangabad at 12.15 pm. Similarly, the flight will take off from Chikalthana Airport at 12.35 pm and reached Ahmedabad at 2.10 pm.
