Aurangabad, Nov 30: Guru Nanakdevji Jayanti was celebrated with religious gaiety and enthusiasm but with simplicity due to Corona crisis on Monday. The slogans of Jo bole So Nihal Satsriakal were head at the Gurudwaras. Various programmes including akhand path, kirtan and others programmes were organised. However, the social distancing was followed to avert the spread of CoronaVirus at the Osmanpura Gurudwara.

The Jayanti was celebrated with simplicity this year due to Corona Crisis. The Akhand Path was concluded at Shri Guru Singh Sabha at Osmanpura Gurudwara. The devotees came to the Gurudwara since morning to pay obeisance. It was compulsory for each devotee to wear mask and the entry was giving only after checking the temperature. Masks were distributed to the devotes. Only 20 to 25 devotees were allowed at a time inside.

The president of the Shri Gurushingh Sabha Committee, Harvindersingh Bindra, secretary Kuldeepsingh Neer, vice president Jaspalsingh Oberoi, treasurer Kavalnayansingh Lamba, Inderjeetsingh Chatwal, Rishiraj Oberoi, Surjeetsingh Kaushal and others were present. Similarly, religious programmes were organised at Bhai Saheb Bhai Dhayasinghji Bhai Dharamsinghji at Dhaunimohalla Gurudwara, informed president Narendrasingh Jabinda, Rajendrasingh Jabinda, Ajitsingh Shledar, Ravindersingh Tituja and others.

Langar prasad packets were distributed to devotees at Osmanpura Gurudwara. However, the procession organised every year was cancelled this year due to Corona.
