Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The Joint Charity Commissioner R S Pawaskar has recently dismissed an appeal and upheld the order of the Assistant Charity Commissioner rejecting the 'change report' related to Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal of Khupata village in Sillod tehsil, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district.

Vinayak Shamarao Kale, the president of the said Trust, had filed a 'change report' in 2012. However, the Assistant Charity Commissioner rejected this report on the grounds that it was neither legal nor valid. Kale had challenged this decision by filing an appeal with the Joint Charity Commissioner.

After the hearing, it was concluded that the Assistant Charity Commissioner had made no error in rejecting the change report. Therefore, the Joint Charity Commissioner refused to intervene in the previous order and dismissed the appeal accordingly.
