Aurangabad, Dec 13:

A magazine ''Mahanama Talimi Safar Latur'' on the life of famous poet Raza Jalnavi was released in a programme held at Ganesh Colony on Sunday.

The programme was as organized by Bajm-e-Farog-e-Adab Aurangabad.

A noted Urdu writer Dr Nurul Hasnain released the magazine. Dr Maulana Sadrul Hasan Nadvi Madani presided over the event.

Shoaib Khusro (editor, daily Aurangabad Times), Khalil Siddiqui (Latur), Yusuf Diwan (Mumbai), Maulana Muhib Ullah, Syed Khamar, Khan Shamim Khan, Dr Rafiuddin Nasser, Ahmed Khan and Javed Qureshi were the special guests while Maulana Samiullah Nadvi, Dr Sohail Zakiuddin and others were also present.

Ahmed Khan, Riaz Saba Ganjavi, Abdul Khadir Khan Saifi, Wajahat Qureshi, Aleem Uddin Aleem and others contributed write-ups on the life and writings of Raza Jalnavi. The dignitaries spoke on the life of prominent poet Jalnavi.

Earlier, Urdu lovers welcomed Raza Jalnavi. Zaki Siddiqui conducted the proceedings.
