Aurangabad, Dec 19:

The Waluj MIDC police have booked a man under the copyrights act for selling sweaters with the photos of national heros at Bajajnagar. The suspect has been identified as Sushil Pandit.

Ketan Ganpat Aaghade has painted some pictures of national heroes and registered them with the Government of India under Copyright Act. Aaghade has given the rights to take action against the use of these pictures without permission to Sunil Kamble, who works in his firm. Kamble received the information that the sweaters with the pictures of these national heroes are being sold at Tirupati Dresses at More Chowk in Bajajnagar. He lodged a complaint at the Waluj MIDC police in this regard. The police searched the shop and found 30 such sweaters amounting Rs 340 each. A case has been registered against Sushil Pandit under the Copyright Act.
