‘CIBIL Score’ is considered very important by the banks sanctioning home loans. The score displays your credit history and on the basis of it you get the home loan. CIBIL score ranges from 300 to 900. If your score ranges from 700 to 900 then it means your credit history is good. The rate of interest is charged less, but if the score is below 700 then the private banks sanction the loan, but charge a high rate of interest. The CIBIL score can be known by showing the PAN number to the loan-giving banks. If you have obtained the loan or using the Credit Card, then pay the installments on time.
