Aurangabad, Nov 2:

Three persons severely beat and attacked a youth with a knife over old rivalry at Fatehmanagar on October 31. The accused have been identified as Shareq, Babbu and Ajju (all residents of Fatehmanagar). A case has been registered at the Harsul police station against them.

Complainant, Ajmad Khan Altaf Khan (19, Yasinnagar, Harsul area) was standing at Fatehmanagar on October 31 at around 9.30 pm. The accused came to him and questioned him why he is abusing their brother. They had a severe quarrel. The accused severely beat Ajmad and attacked him with a knife on the neck. Injured Ajmad’s friend tried to intervene, but the accused also beat him.
