Youth attempts to steal woman’s gold chain after house break-in

A youth allegedly broke a bathroom window and entered a house in Mukundnagar early on March 15, attempting to snatch a gold chain from a sleeping woman. According to complainant Rajendra Kharat (43), the accused Raj Kale (20) of Rajnagar tried to steal the chain but fled after family members woke up. A case has been registered at the Mukundwadi Police Station.
