Aurangabad, Oct 31:

A 19 years old youth, Sainath Baburao Bankar drowned in the Kesapuri small project well behind Daulatabad fort on Friday night.

Sainath is a native of Andhaner in Kannad tehsil and works in a farm of Sachin Naik for the past three years at Andhaner.

On Friday night, he was working in the farm with his brother-in-law Laxman Wahul. Before going home from the farm, they went to the Kesapur small project well for bathing. The well was filled with water till around 20 feet. Sainath jumped in the well but did not come up. Wahul and other people tried to search for him but could not find him. They informed about it to the local authorities and the Daulatabad police. The fire brigade Jawans were called and they took out the body from the well. A case of accidental death has been registered at the Daulatabad police station while police amaldar Rafiq Pathan is further investigating the case. Sainath is survived by parents, three brothers and a sister.
