India Women’s National Cricket Team vs Sri Lanka Women Match Scorecard: India completed a clean sweep of the five-match T20I series after defeating Sri Lanka by 15 runs in the fifth and final match on Tuesday. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur scored a fine half-century, and the Indian bowlers delivered a disciplined performance in the second half to defend a target of 176 runs. Chasing 176, Sri Lanka suffered an early setback when captain Chamari Athapaththu was dismissed for two in the second over. Arundhati Reddy provided the breakthrough, while Deepti Sharma took a sharp catch at extra cover. Sri Lanka were 7 for 1. Imesha Dulani counterattacked with two boundaries off Deepti Sharma. She added runs quickly with Hasini Perera. The pair took Sri Lanka to 48 for 1 at the end of the powerplay. Dulani was on 27 not out, while Perera was unbeaten on 17.

Sri Lanka crossed 50 in the seventh over and reached 75 for 1 at the halfway mark. They needed 101 runs from the final 10 overs. Dulani brought up her half-century from 38 balls, hitting eight fours.

Amanjot Kaur ended the 79-run partnership in the 12th over. Dulani was dismissed for 50 off 39 balls. Sri Lanka slipped to 86 for 2. India regained control through spin. Deepti Sharma removed Nilakshi de Silva for three to claim her record 152nd T20I wicket. Vaishnavi Sharma dismissed Kavisha Dilhari for five. Sri Lanka were 107 for 4.

Hasini Perera reached her fifty from 37 balls. She struck eight fours and a six before being dismissed by Shree Charani for 65 in the 17th over. Sri Lanka were 132 for 5 and could not recover. Sri Lanka finished on 160 for 7 from 20 overs. Rashmika Sevwandi and Malki Madara remained unbeaten. Deepti Sharma, Arundhati Reddy, Sneh Rana, Shree Charani, Vaishnavi Sharma, and Amanjot Kaur took one wicket each.

Earlier, India posted 175 for 7 after being asked to bat first. Harmanpreet Kaur top-scored with 68 runs. Arundhati Reddy played a late cameo, scoring 27 not out from 11 balls, including four fours and one six.

Reddy and Sneh Rana added 33 runs for the eighth wicket. Reddy hit 20 runs in the final over bowled by Malki Madara. India had a shaky start. Shafali Verma was dismissed for five. Debutant G. Kamalini scored 12. Harleen Deol made 13. Richa Ghosh was out for five.

Deepti Sharma was dismissed by Athapaththu after attempting a slog. India were four wickets down inside 10 overs. Harmanpreet rebuilt the innings with Amanjot Kaur. Amanjot scored 21 before being dismissed by Rashmika Sevwandi. Harmanpreet reached her fifty in the 15th over. She was bowled by Kavisha Dilhari in the 18th over.
