Rakesh Om Prakash Mehra's 'Toofan' starring Farhan Akhtar has been in the news ever since the project was announced. The films which happens to be one of the most awaited films of the year will see the 'Rock On' star essay the role of a boxer for the very first time. The actor who has been preparing for the role since the past one has been training tirelessly for his character by following a strict diet and workout regime. In the picture, which was released by the director turned actor, Farhan is seen standing in the boxing ring with an intense look on his face. Taking to his Instagram Farhan wrote, "When life gets harder, you just get stronger. Iss saal #Toofan uthega. Releasing 02/10/2020.Happy to share this exclusive image with you as we dive into the new year. Hope you like it." 

Farhan who underwent a drastic transformation to play the role of Milkha Singh in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, has shared numerous pictures and BTS videos from his boxing sessions from Toofan. Girlfriend Shibani Dandekar replied with a multiple heart and fire emoticon as soon as her beau shared the picture on his Instagram feed. The film which is bankrolled by Excel Entertainment also stars Paresh Rawal, and Mrunal Thakur in key roles. Check out Farhan's Instagram post here...
