Raqesh Bapat’s Family Demands Action Against Vishal Kotian After Fight

Raqesh Bapat is one of the strongest contestant in Bigg Boss Marathi 6 house. After family pack on Monday he nominated Vishal Kotian during nomination task. While nominating he alleged that the latter  Vishal made personal remarks against Raqesh on the show, prompting Vishal to defend himself by claiming Raqesh had commented on his age.

Vishal then brought up Raqesh's divorce from Riddhi Dogra, threatening to expose him. Raqesh Bapat's family has criticized Vishal Kotian's behavior. Raqesh was upset by the remark, triggering an argument with Vishal, who allegedly pushed him. Bigg Boss, which prohibits physical violence, nominated Vishal for the remainder of the season as punishment. Following the incident, Bapat's family released a statement on Instagram condemning Vishal's behavior, especially his remarks about Raqesh's divorce, and called for strict action from host Riteish Deshmukh. 

Raqesh's family released a statement asserting that Vishal repeatedly violated Bigg Boss rules by discussing contestants' personal matters, a practice strictly prohibited and punishable by removal from the show. They emphasized that this breach of conduct had crossed acceptable boundaries and was not being addressed with the same severity as physical aggression.

The family expressed deep disappointment and urged Bigg Boss Marathi, Colors, and EndemolShine to uphold the show's dignity and set a better example for viewers. The statement also subtly alluded to Raqesh's personal life, referencing his divorce from Riddhi in 2019 after their 2011 marriage and his subsequent breakup with Shamita Shetty in July 2022, following their romance on Bigg Boss OTT Season 1. They highlighted that Raqesh has always maintained dignity by avoiding personal attacks.
