Sonam Kapoor, who is known for her style and fashion, lashed out on an airline company on  for misplacing her luggage for the second time. She posted about it and hit out at them as her luggage was missing for the second time in a month by the same airlines.The furious Sonam took to her Twitter account and expressed her disappointment. Her tweet read, “This is the third time ive traveled @British_Airways this month and the second time they’ve lost my bags. I think I’ve learnt my lesson. I’m never flying @British_Airways again.” 

The airline company was quick to response to Sonam’s tweet with an apology. Their tweet read, “We're sorry to hear about the delay to your luggage, Sonam. Have you been provided with a tracking reference when informed at the airport? Cody” However the 'Neerja' actress was in no mood to hear any excuses as she replied back saying, "Yes all that is done, But it is a massive inconvenience. You guys need to step up. It’s terrible service and terrible mismanagement."The airline offered another apology as they tweeted saying, "We can only offer our sincere apologies, Sonam.
