Ajay Devgn's much awaited period drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is all set to release in Marathi on 10th January 2020.

Ajay Devgn's much awaited period drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is all set to release in Marathi on 10th January 2020. The film will have a simultaneous release giving fans an added reason to be excitied for this Om Raut directorial. The film which is Devgn's 100th film stars an ensemble star cast with the likes of Kajol, Saif Ali Khan and Luke Kenny essaying key roles. 

Meanwhile, it was Ajay's idea to release the film in Marathi as the aim was to ensure the movie reaches the interior areas of the country. The film also features a lot of actors from the Marathi film industry including Sharad Kelkar, Devdatta Nage, and Shashank Shende. The movie is expected to release in 3D format and is expected to clash with Deepika Padukone's 'Chhapaak' which also releases on the same date.
