Beed Shocker: Man Arrested For Raping 9-Year-Old Under Pretext Of Giving Chocolates in Majalgaon

An elderly man was arrested for sexually abusing a nine-year-old girl. The incident took place on January 28 in a village under Dindrud police limits in Majalgaon taluka. A case has been registered with Dindrud police on the complaint of the victim's mother, and the police have immediately arrested the accused. He was sent to the district jail. According to the complaint of the victim's mother, their nine-year-old daughter, who is studying in class 4, went to meet her friend in the morning while going to school. On the way, accused Baburao Kerba Nirde invited her to his house on the pretext of offering her chocolates. He locked the house and removed all the clothes from the girl's body and raped her.

The girl was so scared that she didn't tell anyone at first. She went to school in the same condition. When she retured home, at f rst she remained extremely quiet. Looking ae her state, her mother became suspicious. The next day, when the mother took the girl into her confidence and questioned her, she told her everything that had happened.

After hearing the whole ordeal, the family immediately rushed to the police station. In this disgusting incident, Dindrud police have registered a case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) 2023 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012. Taking immediate cognizance of the matter, the police have arrested the accused from Ambajogai and produced him in the Sessions Court. Police has informed that he has been sent to the district jail.
