Jalgaon Shocker: 15-Year-Old Boy Dies by Suicide After Scolding Over Studies

Upset over his mother scolding him over studies, a 15-year-old student from Joshi Colony in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra, ended his life by hanging himself. The local police have registered a case of accidental death and begun further investigation.

The deceased has been identified as class 8th student Pratham Harish Katare (15). According to initial information, Pratham's mother scolded him for not studying. Upset over this, he hangs self to death from the ceiling when no one was at home.

After receiving the information, MIDC Police rushed to the spot. An accidental death report has been filed, and the police has recorded statements of the family members. Further investigation is underway.
