Mumbai Weather Update: Temperature Likely To Be 32 Degrees in City; AQI in 'Good' Category

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the city is expected to have a partly cloudy sky with the possibility of drizzle / light rain in city and suburbs on Tuesday, April 7. The temperature in the afternoon is likely to reach 31 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature may hover near 23 degrees Celsius in the evening.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) remains under the 'good' category at 49, according to the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) Sameer App. According to the Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) Mumbai, the weather is very likely to remain dry in Mumbai, Thane, and Palghar until April 9.

Rain Warning in Maharashtra

IMD issued a yellow alert for unseasonal rainfall for some districts of Maharashtra's Vidarbha, including  for Chandrapur and Gadchiroli districts, on April 7. Meanwhile, there is a possibility of light showers in Dhule, Nandurbar, Nashik and Nashik Dhil Ghat areas.
