Mumbai, Maharashtra (January 15, 2025): A construction worker attempted suicide twice by jumping from the 13th floor of a building in Vikhroli but survived both attempts without injuries. The worker, identified as Birjuprasad Ramesh Banarwa, was reportedly under mental stress and tried to end his life at the under-construction Building 57 in the Kannamwar Nagar area. The dramatic incident was captured on video and has since gone viral.

Banarwa first jumped from the 13th floor and became caught in a safety net on the eighth floor. He then jumped again but got stuck in another net on the third floor. Finally, he fell into a net held by workers below, who managed to save him.
He was later reportedly sent back to his native village of Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh after being rescued.
