Fire broke out in an apartment on the sixth floor of Pariskar 1 Apartments in Khokra Circle in Ahmedabad on April 11. The fire broke out around 4 PM. The thick smoke that was seen emitting from the apartment triggered panic in the building. The fire slowly spread and burned down the entire structure. The fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot. In the video that surfaced online, two women and kids are seen jumping out from the balcony of the apartment to save their lives. Police stated that the fire was put down with the help of the officials.
Over 20 people were rescued in this accident. No loss of life was reported from this incident. Police stated that the reason for the fire was a short circuit on the sixth floor. Police also said that the officials are providing necessary assistance to those rescued from the fire accident.
Another fire incident was reported in Surat. A major fire accident happened in the posh area of Gujarat’s Diamond City, Surat. A massive fire broke out in the Happy Enclave building in the Vesu area on April 11. This incident happened near the house of the State Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi. The fire broke out on the 8th Floor of the Happy Enclave building. The police and fire brigade teams reached the spot to control the fire as soon as they got the information about the accident. People were rescued from the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors of the building by the fire officials. Minister Harsh Sanghvi also reached the spot to manage the situation.
This fire broke out in the Happy Enclave building around 8 AM. The work of extinguishing the fire by the fire brigade is going on. It is still not known how a fire broke out in such a posh building despite high maintenance.
