There is a lot of controversy going on right now over the drug party case on the cruise. Aryan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is embroiled in a controversy. As a result, the interrelationship between Bollywood and drugs is getting worse.

The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, which governs drug dealing, exists. Despite this law, drug trafficking through the Dark Web is rampant. Restrict the increasing use of drugs

The NDPS Act currently falls under the purview of the Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance. However, the Union Home Ministry is keen for the law to come under its purview. Although the implementation of the law is done by the revenue department, it is the responsibility of the Home Ministry to coordinate with the states for further action.

The Home Ministry says that the formula for implementation of the NDPS Act should come to us. The Home Ministry will focus on streamlining the Narcotics Control Bureau to ensure strict enforcement of the law. The revenue department, however, has opposed the proposal.

The provisions in the NDPS Act will be further tightened. Provisions will also be increased.
