Honey and aloe vera: To make this remedy, take 2 teaspoons of fresh aloe vera gel and add 1 teaspoon of honey to it. You can also add ripe banana to it. Apply this paste on the face for 15 to 20 minutes and wash the face. This will help in removing dull and dead skin cells.

Rose water and aloe vera: For this, make a paste by mixing 1 teaspoon of aloe vera with 1 teaspoon of rose water. Apply this paste on your face for about 20 minutes and wash your face. This will make the face glow.

Aloe Vera and Vitamin E: Add a vitamin E capsule to the aloe vera gel. Mix these two ingredients and apply a paste on the face and massage it, wash your face after a while.

Lemon juice and aloe vera: First of all make a paste by mixing 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel. Keep this paste on your face for 15 minutes and then wash your face. Both lemon and aloe vera are rich in antioxidants.

Drinking aloe vera helps reduce inflammation in the stomach and intestines. Its juice can reduce inflammation in irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, and other inflammatory bowel disorders. Additionally, it can increase healthy bacteria in the intestines that aid in digestion.

Aloe vera juice contains a compound called beta-sitosterol, which helps lower cholesterol levels in the body.
