Many people experience severe breathing difficulties when exposed to dust. They experience a series of sneezes, which leads to a blocked nose and difficulty breathing. To prevent such problems, the following remedies can be very beneficial.

The first remedy is to practice Anulom Vilom. This pranayama helps to open up various blockages in the body. It prevents difficulty in breathing.

The second remedy is Kapalbhati pranayama. This pranayama is useful in reducing many respiratory complaints.

The third remedy is Bhastrika pranayama. This pranayama, which involves slow inhalation and forceful exhalation, increases lung capacity.

Practice the above-mentioned pranayama regularly. Along with that, before going into dusty environments, take a drop of coconut oil or clarified butter (ghee) on your finger and apply it inside your nostrils.

When going into dusty areas, wear a mask or cover your nose and mouth with a handkerchief. This also helps prevent problems caused by dust.
