Some people suffer a lot from constipation. As a result, it takes a long time for their bowels to clear in the morning, or sometimes they don't clear at all.

During winter we have less intake of water so this problems get worsen. In such cases, try some of the exercises suggested by Yoga Guru Ramdev Baba. This will reduce all digestion-related problems such as constipation, indigestion, and gas.

This improves digestion and helps reduce gas in the stomach, thus helping to reduce belly fat. This pose should be done for 2 to 3 minutes daily. However, start with a shorter duration and gradually increase the time.

It applies the right amount of pressure on stomach, leading to better digestion and reducing many digestion-related problems.

Naukasana also provides good exercise for the abdominal muscles. This pose not only relieves digestive problems but also helps in reducing belly fat.

Another pose that reduces indigestion is Malasana. It is said that drinking warm water while sitting in Malasana provides even greater benefits.

Setu Bandhasana should also be done regularly to reduce stomach problems. All these poses are best done on an empty stomach in the morning. But if that's not possible, they can be done 4 to 5 hours after a meal.
