Doing so can result in 7 years imprisonment. According to the Hindu Marriage Act, it is a crime for one man to marry twice. Based on this law, a case was registered against Atul.9 / 10But only husband and wife have right to complain under section 494. Since marriage is a matter strictly limited to two persons, the law does not give the aggrieved person the right to complain in it.10 / 10Since Rahul Phule is a third party, his complaint is not valid. Atul's 2 wives have no complaints about the marriage. Therefore, as this is a legal embarrassment, the court decision made it clear that Atul cannot be prosecuted.
