Dorjay appointed as BJP president for Ladakh

Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) President Jagat Prakash Nadda appointed Chering Dorjay as the chief of BJP's Ladakh unit on Thursday.

Ladakh [India], Mar 5 : Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) President Jagat Prakash Nadda appointed Chering Dorjay as the chief of BJP's Ladakh unit on Thursday.

"Bhartiya Janata Party National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda has appointed Shri Chering Dorjay (Ex-Minister of J&K) as State President of Ladakh BJP," said a statement issued by National General Secretary Arun Singh.

"The appointment comes into immediate effect," the statement added.
