But sometimes they follow trends without understanding what suits them. It is important to listen to your own body.” She also highlights the role of discipline in maintaining long-term health. “Motivation is temporary, but discipline is what keeps you consistent. Small, regular efforts matter more than anything else,” she says.Concluding with a simple yet meaningful suggestion, she adds, “Start your day calmly, without immediately checking your phone. It sets a positive tone for the entire day.”
