5 motorcycles stolen from city

Aurangabad, Feb 18:

The series of motocycle thefts in the city do not seem to

cease, five more motorcycles were stolen from the city despite the police

nakabandi.

Govardhan Uttamrao Lakholkar (50, Matoshreenagar, Garkheda

area) parked his motorcycle (MH 20 DP 3620) in front of his and the thieves

stole it on February 16.

In another incident, Sudhakar Govindrao Rathod (35, Mukundwadi)

parked his motorcycle (MH 20 DM 1806) in front of Prem Complex in Cidco N-5

area on February 12, from where it was stolen.

Prabhakar Bhimrao Parve (32, Navjeevan Colony, Hudco) works

in MGM hospital. On February 13, at around 8.30 am, parked his motorcycle (MH

20 DM 4528) in front of Gate No. 3 at MGM Hospital. The thieves stole it from

there.

Similarly, Swapnil Pandhari

Warangane (30, Mahadev Mandir area, Savitrinagar, Chikalthana) on February 16

parked his motorcycle (MH 38 M 6597) in front of his house from where it was

stolen by breaking the handle lock at night.

Devidas Eknath Pawar

(49, Dhangar Galli, Harsul) had gone to Central Naka area on February 2 in the

afternoon on his newly purchased motorcycle which had no registration number.

He forgot to remove the keys from the motorcycle. The thieves taking advantage

of the opportunity stole the motorcycle.

Cases have been

registered at the concerned police station in this regard.
