Aurangabad, Feb 25:

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) health officials conducted 752 antigen and 1253 RT-PCR tests (total 2005 tests) at its COVID Care Centres (CCCs) and different places in the city and traced 95 Covid-19 patients today.

The health teams conducted 102 antigen tests at the CCCs and detected 27 persons as infected. The AMC personnel also held 323 RT-PCR tests at the CCCs. Meanwhile, by visiting different parts of the city, the mobile teams have conducted 519 antigen tests and detected 54 infected persons. It also collected swab samples of 710 suspects for RT-PCR tests.

According to AMC data, the district civil hospital conducted nine RT-PCR tests, and private laboratories performed 211 on Thursday. The private laboratories also conducted 131 antigen tests and found 14 infected patients. The AMC will be receiving the reports of all RT-PCR tests tomorrow.
