Aurangabad, June 2:

In a move to provide relief to domestic air passengers, the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), has announced an exemption from RT-PCR test/certificate to passengers, traveling between the city and various airports in Maharashtra.

The orders issued by the AMC administrator A K Pandey today stated that the passengers arriving from any of the airports within Maharashtra can land safely at Aurangabad airport as they are exempted from the requirement of RT-PCR tests. Besides, the relaxation is also applicable for the passengers boarding planes from the city airport and heading to various airports in the state. The airport operators/ airlines have been instructed to not insist on RT-PCR test or certificate requirements, stated the order.
