Aurangabad, Nov 8:

As the problems of coaching classes in the state are being ignored, eight associations of coaching classes have decided to field candidates in the graduate constituency elections in Marathwada, Western Maharashtra and Vidarbha. In this regard, a meeting of these organizations will be held on Monday at 4 pm, and the candidates will be announced at 5 pm, said professor Pandurang Mandkikar, representative of the coaching classes association in a press conference on Sunday.

Association vice president, P M Wagh said, "For the past eight months, no graduate constituency representative and aspirants have shown any interest in resolving the problems of the coaching class owners and teachers working in these classes. Therefore, to prove our existence, coaching classes professionals will enter the election arena." The English school teachers association will actively support the coaching classes, prof Dnyaneshwar Dhakne. There are 1 lakh classes in the state and 10,000 classes in Marathwada, in which 60,000 highly educated teachers work. All the eight organizations in the state came together to put forward their questions, Mandkikar said.

Classes will start from Nov 23

The organization had given a deadline of November 1 to start the classes. But the government paid no attention. Now all the eight organizations have decided to start classes on November 23. We will start the classes acting upon the central government''s instructions. Social distance regulation and parental consent will be taken in consideration. Mandkikar has warned of self-immolation if police action is taken thereafter.
