A kulfi vendor stabbed a young person in the stomach and neck over a trival issue after blocking the with his cart. The incident occured at 1 am on Tuesday at Kranti Chowk, Ajabnagar Road.

The accused has been identified as Shaikh Sharji (Chelipura) and his two accomplices were involved in the attack. According to the police the victim Amol Pawar (32, Ajabnagar) in the stomach and neck over a trivial issue after blocking the road with his cart. Amol, who works at a private tuition center, was returning from Padgaon when he accidentally bumped into Sharji’s cart while turning onto Ajabnagar Road. When Amol asked Sharji about the incident, he was met with an arrogant response. Amol later visited the Kranti Chowk police station, where he was advised to return the next morning at 11 am.

At 1 am, as Amol stopped near a snack center on Ajab Nagar Road, Sharji and his two accomplices confronted him again. Without provocation, they verbally abused Amol and attacked him with an ice-cutting knife, stabbing him in the chest and neck. Amol collapsed and was rushed to the hospital by locals. The attackers fled the scene. Amol is receiving treatment at the hospital.
