Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The 33rd anniversary of the Aurangabad Bench of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT) was celebrated with great fervour and enthusiasm on Friday. MAT chairperson, Justice Mridula Bhatkar, extended her greetings via a telephone call.

MAT’s vice chairman Justice Vishwas K Jadhav chaired the event. He, while mentioning that the Aurangabad bench was the first to organise Lok Adalats in service-related matters, expressed confidence that this tribunal would continue its work of uninterrupted justice delivery.

The dias was graced by MAT Member Vinay Kargaonkar, Judicial Member A N Karmarkar, members of the State Bar Council Adv. Vasantrao Salunke, President of the Aurangabad Bench of Bombay High Court’s Advocates Association Adv. Avinash Borulkar, President of the MAT Lawyers’ Association Adv. D T Devane, Secretary Adv. K B Jadhav, and MAT's in-charge registrar Sandeep Munde.

Adv Devane made an introductory speech. Advocates Sujit Joshi, Milind Mahajan, Ajay Deshpande, V D Salunke and Chief Presenting Officer Mahesh Bharaswadkar expressed their views. The event was conducted by Adv Preeti Wankhede.
