Aurangabad, Jan 13:

A motorcycle stolen from the Chikalthana police station jurisdiction was recovered due to the alertness of the traffic police.

According to the details, traffic constables Kailas Jadhav and Ankush Tekale were on duty at Doodh Dairy Chowk on Wednesday. They found a motorcycle in abandoned state for few hours. On suspicion, they entered the registration number of the motorcycle in the e-challan machine and found that the owner was Shaikh Munna Shaikh Musa (Harsul). Later, they informed about it to PI Mukund Deshmukh. Deshmukh then contacted the owner on his mobile phone and he told that his motorcycle was stolen from a hotel at Cambridge Chowk on Jalna Road on January 8. He had lodged a complaint in this regard on January 9. Shaikh Munna and the constable of the Chikalthana police station came at the Doodh Dairy Chowk and took away the motorcycle.
