Delhi Capitals captain Shreyas Iyer won the toss and opted to bat first against Rajasthan Royals in Dubai. Rishabh Pant did not clear the fitness test so Alex Carey will continue to keep wickets for Delhi Capitals. DC handed debut to right-amr pacer Tushar Deshpande in place of Harshal Patel. Royals on the other hand, went in with an unchanged side.
The Capitals had beaten RR by 46 runs last week and Steve Smith’s men will look to return the compliment when they meet for the second time in the tournament. The Shreyas Iyer-led side is placed at the second spot in the points table with five wins and two defeats from seven matches.
