2011 World Cup winning skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni who retired from the traditional format in 2014 is all set to add a new chapter in his cricketing journey. According to reports, Dhoni might be seen as a guest commentator in India's first ever day - night test in Kolkata.
The official broadcasters have already sent the proposal to BCCI but the board is yet to give a clearance on the same. This will be the first time that Dhoni will don the commentator's hat. Currently, India and Bangladesh are playing a three match T20 series wherein the visitors are leading 1 - 0 against the hosts. If everything goes well then Dhoni will join the list of a host numerous other former cricketers who have turned commentators in the past.
