Popular singer from Maharashtra and Bollywood singer Vaishali Made has joined the NCP. She joined the party in the presence of NCP leader and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. After her entry, many NCP leaders have welcomed Vaishali. Minister Dhananjay Munde has also welcomed her by tweeting.'Welcome to NCP and best wishes for the future!', Munde tweeted.

It was earlier decided that Vaishali Made's entry into the party would be done at NCP headquarters in Mumbai on March 31, 2021 in the presence of MP Supriya Sule. However, due to the surge in coviid cases, her party entry was postponed. Today Vaishali has officially accepted NCP membership today. NCP leaders and office bearers including Supriya Sule and Dhananjay Munde were present on the occasion.

Who is Vaishali Made?Vaishali is the daughter of a farmer family from Hinganaghat, Vidarbha. She has sung in Hindi and Marathi movies. Her song 'Pinga' from the Hindi movie 'Bajirao Mastani' became very popular. She has won many awards for this song. She has also sung 'Ghar More Pardesiya' from the Hindi movie 'Kalank'. She has also sung many songs in Marathi films. After winning the 'Saregampa' competition, Vaishali also won the Hindi Saregampa Mahasangram show. She also won the battle of Hindi Saregampa. Vaishali had participated in the second season of 'Marathi Bigg Boss' as a contestant.
