On September 9, The Shiv Sena-controlled Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) demolished the "illegal alterations" at the Bandra office of actress Kangana Ranaut.

Kangana Ranaut had moved to Bombay High Court against demolition of her Bandra office in Mumbai on the same day.

On Tuesday Kangana wrote on Twitter that BMC had threatened her neighbors to socially isolate her. And that if her neighbors supported her BMC would break their houses as well.

She wrote,"Today BMC has served notices to all my neighbors, BMC had threatened them to socially isolate me, they were told if they supported me they would break their houses as well. My neighbors have not said anything against Maharashtra government please spare their houses"

The Bombay High Court on Thursday asked the BMC about the ‘urgency’ that they showed while demolishing parts of the Kangana Ranaut’s office-cum-bungalow situated at Pali Hill.
