Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has once again made a sensational allegation against Shiv Sena and have moved to Supreme Court. Kangana and her sister Rangoli Chandel have filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking transfer of three cases against them from Mumbai to Himachal Pradesh. In the petition, Kangana has made serious allegations against Shiv Sena.

"My life is in danger from the Shiv Sena leaders. If trial in these cases are conducted in Mumbai, there would be a material threat to their life and property as the Shiv Sena-led Maharashtra government has been harassing them. Therefore, these cases should be heard in Himachal Pradesh instead of Mumbai," Kangana and her sister have demanded in the petition.

Kangana and Rangoli have three cases pending against them in Mumbai over their offensive posts on social media. Mumbai-based lawyer Ali Kasif Khan has filed a case against Kangana. The second lawsuit has been filed by lyricist Javed Akhtar. Akhtar has filed a defamation suit against Kangana. The third lawsuit was filed by casting director Munawwar Ali Syed against Kangana and her sister.

The Andheri court has also issued a warrant against Kangana in the case filed by lyricist Javed Akhtar.

It is pertinent to mention that all the FIRs and complaints in question are frivolous and have been filed with a malicious intent to harass the petitioners herein and malign their public image, the plea has alleged.
