‘During the rule of Bhartiya Janata Party in Uttar Pradesh, atrocities against Dalits have increased manifold which has been proved by the Hathras incident’.

‘In view of this, the convicts in the Hathras gang rape case must be hanged and the government run by Yogi Adityanath government be dismissed’, said president of People’ Republican Party Prof Jogendra Kawade.

He was addressing mediapersons at Nagpur Parakar Club.

The government is giving protection to the accused in the Hathras incident and protest rallies are being taken out in support of the perpetrators of crime, he alleged and demanded that a judicial probe must be conducted into the entire gamut of event.

He further said that Atmanirbhar Pratikar drive would be launched on November 19.

He further stated that rains this year have caused massive damage to the farmers.

Taking into consideration the loss suffered by the farmers, government must announce a relief package of ` 50 crore, he further said.

Meanwhile, executive president of the party Jaideep Kawade informed that the Bhim convention scheduled on October 24 has been cancelled due to Covid-19 threat.
