On December 24, the court approved two applications filed under Section 156 (3) and 155 of CrPC of Advocate Tarun Parmar. Simultaneously, the inspectors of Imamwada and Sakkaradara police were ordered to register an FIR against Bhanadiya. On December 28, both police inspectors were informed of the order, despite this, they did not register an FIR. So Parmar has filed a fresh application for taking contempt action against both the police inspectors. In this, the court has issued a notice to both the police inspectors.

Parmar says that Bhangdiya’s wife Sonal has acquired 2 BHK flats (AB, Flat No. 301) in NITs public housing scheme located at Dahipura in Untkhana. He has been in possession of this flat since September 24, 2007.

After this, Bhanagdiya purchased second 2 BHK flat (AB, Flat No. 303) in this scheme and a 3 BHK flats in NITs public housing scheme in Ayurvedic layout in Sakkardara.

He has possession of Dahipura flat since June 25, 2008 and Ayurvedic Layout flat since April 9, 2009.

He gave false information that he, his wife of son does not own any flats, house or plot in NMC or NIT limits.
