Several were feared trapped under debris after a building in Delhi's Model Town Area collapsed on Saturday, August 10. According to the report by news agency ANI, a call was received to the Delhi Fire Services on Saturday that a building has collapsed in Mahendru Enclave. More details awaited.

As per the initial information, one was feared dead, and many were still trapped under debris. Two people were rescued and shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment for their injuries. 

Earlier today, a fire broke out at a property dealer's office in the Mayur Vihar area of the National Capital on Saturday afternoon. According to the fire department, the call was received around 2 PM and three fire tenders were pressed into service. The office was located on the ground floor of the multi-storey Ashirwad Apartments in Mayur Vihar Phase 3.

The fire was brought under control by firefighters in 45 minutes, said the fire department official. No injuries or casualties were reported in the incident. The cause of the blaze is suspected to be a short circuit.
