Madhubala was born on February 14, 1933, in Delhi. After his father lost his job, he decided to enter the film industry to take care of the household. Father Ataullah Khan and mother Aisha Begum had a total of 11 children.

Her real name was Mumtaz Jahan Begum Dahlavi. After entering the film industry, she changed his name to Mumtaz. At the age of nine, she lip-synced in a song from the movie Basant. At that time he received Rs. 150 as honorarium. After this, the first break came from Neelkamal.

Dilip Kumar had gone to the hospital to meet Madhubala, who desperately wanted to live. She was hoping that the doctor would definitely find some solution to her illness. However, her struggle for survival ended on 23 February 1969.
